1. Description of Service

Lumio is a personal clarity mapping service that provides customers with a structured self-reflection report based on their life experiences, strengths, relationships, and goals. The service includes:

- A detailed intake form

- Analysis of responses by the service provider

- A personalized PDF "Clarity Report"

- An optional follow-up call (depending on the selected package)

2. What Lumio Is NOT

The customer must clearly understand the following limitations:

- Lumio is NOT therapy or psychological counseling.

- Lumio does not provide medical advice.

- Lumio is not legal or financial consulting.

- Lumio is not professional career counseling.

- Lumio does not predict or guarantee future outcomes.

If you are seeking professional support for mental health, legal, financial, or medical matters, please consult a licensed professional. The Lumio team will provide appropriate referrals in crisis situations but does not intervene directly.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To benefit from the service, the customer must:

- Provide honest and complete responses to the intake form

- Pay the service fee

- Use the report only for personal use

- Not reproduce or distribute the report without permission

4. Delivery Timeline

The report will be delivered to the customer's email address within 5-7 business days from the submission of the completed intake form. If delays occur due to high volume or exceptional circumstances, the customer will be notified in advance.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment:

The full service fee must be paid before access to the intake form is granted. Payment methods: Stripe (card) or bank transfer (iyzico for Turkey).

Refund Policy:

- Before submitting the intake form: 100% refund

- After submitting the intake form but before report delivery: 50% refund

- After report delivery: No refund

If something in the report feels unclear or incomplete, discuss it with me on the call. We will address it together.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lumio cannot be held responsible for the consequences of decisions or actions taken by the customer based on the content of the report. The report provides informative and reflective content; the responsibility for action and decision-making rests entirely with the customer.

The service provider's total liability cannot exceed the service fee paid by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

The report prepared for the customer is licensed for the customer's personal use. The customer may download, save, and add it to their personal notes.

However: The Lumio methodology, intake form structure, question bank, report template, and visual identity are entirely the intellectual property of Lumio. These elements may not be reproduced, distributed, or used in another service without Lumio's written permission.

8. Privacy

All information shared by the customer is strictly confidential. The processing, storage, and deletion of data are governed by the Lumio Privacy Policy, which is a separate document.

9. Termination of Service

The service provider reserves the right to refuse service if the customer shares aggressive, offensive, or illegal content in the form. In such cases, the service fee will be refunded.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this service will first be resolved amicably between the parties. If unresolved, the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany will have jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated when necessary. Significant changes affecting existing customers will be communicated via email.
