1. Description of service
Lumio is a personal clarity mapping service. It gives you a structured self-reflection report built from your own account of your life experiences, strengths, relationships and goals. The service includes:
- a detailed intake form of 29 questions
- analysis of your responses by the service provider
- a personalised PDF clarity report
- an optional follow-up call, depending on the package you chose
2. What Lumio is not
Please be clear about the limits of this service:
- Lumio is not therapy or psychological counselling.
- Lumio does not provide medical advice.
- Lumio is not legal or financial consulting.
- Lumio is not professional career counselling.
- Lumio does not predict or guarantee future outcomes.
If you are seeking professional support for mental health, legal, financial or medical matters, please consult a licensed professional. Lumio will point you towards appropriate help in a crisis but does not intervene directly.
3. Your responsibilities
To get anything out of the service you need to:
- answer the intake form honestly and completely
- pay the service fee
- use the report for your own personal purposes
- not reproduce or distribute the report without permission
4. Delivery timeline
Your report is delivered to your email address within 5 to 7 business days of your completed intake form arriving. If there is a delay because of volume or exceptional circumstances, you will be told in advance.
5. Payment and refunds
Payment
The full service fee is paid before access to the intake form is granted. Payments are processed by card through Stripe.
Refunds
- Before you submit the intake form: full refund
- After you submit the form, before the report is delivered: 50% refund
- After the report is delivered: no refund
If something in your report feels unclear or incomplete, raise it with me on the call. We will work through it together.
6. Limitation of liability
Lumio cannot be held responsible for the consequences of decisions or actions you take on the basis of the report. The report is informative and reflective; the decisions and the actions remain yours.
The service provider's total liability cannot exceed the service fee you paid.
7. Intellectual property
The report prepared for you is licensed for your personal use. You may download it, keep it, and add it to your own notes.
The Lumio methodology, the intake form structure, the question bank, the report template and the visual identity remain the intellectual property of Lumio. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used in another service without Lumio's written permission.
8. Privacy
Everything you share is confidential. How your data is processed, stored and deleted is set out in the privacy policy, which is a separate document.
9. Termination of service
The service provider reserves the right to refuse service if the form contains aggressive, abusive or unlawful content. In that case the fee is refunded in full.
10. Dispute resolution
Disputes arising from this service are settled amicably between the parties wherever possible. Where that fails, the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany have jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when necessary. Significant changes affecting existing customers are communicated by email.
